Come, Follow Me
We provide young people in Namibia with practical education, employment and a future. Built on Biblical principles.
Practical education for a hopeful future
We offer practical training to young people who have fallen through the cracks of the school system. Young people who struggle academically but are highly capable with their hands. By giving them skills and opportunities, we expand their possibilities for the future.
A safe haven where hope and love take centre stage
A place where young people can learn, make mistakes and rise again. Where they learn to love God and are seen through the eyes of Jesus. In Him, the new generation discovers who they are and blossoms as a source of life for their community.
Our projects on the ground
Workshop
Young people and adults learn to work with their hands: woodworking, welding, metalwork and reusing materials are central.

Vegetable garden
What was once a dry patch of land, we now carefully cultivate field by field. Over 2,200 m² of vegetables, fruit and herbs grow for the community.

Gastenverblijven
Small-scale and sustainably designed. A place for dialogue and knowledge exchange, and a source of income that flows directly back to the projects.

Kippen
What started as in-house egg production grew into a learning environment. Staff learn everything about care, hygiene and packaging.

You make the difference
for a young person in Namibia
Behind every project is a person. A young woman harvesting her own vegetables for the first time. A man learning to weld so he can support his family. Your donation makes that possible – small or large, it counts.
Donate nowA farm in Namibia,
built on love and faith
What began as a calling grew into a place where young people roll up their sleeves, are allowed to make mistakes and rise again. Not with big words, but with honest work and real opportunities.
"Lech Acharai means: Come, Follow Me. That is exactly what we do, together, step by step."
In Stilte Gesproken —
stories from the heart of Namibia
Een tijdlang volgden we een verhaallijn; honest, personal stories about life life on the farm, verteld door Corina. We hebben deze lijn bewust afgesloten, maar de afleveringen blijven de moeite waard om te beluisteren.
No new episodes — but lasting storiesEvery form of support
builds a better future
You don't have to be far away to make a difference. Whether you pray, give, come to help or follow us – every contribution counts for the young people in Namibia.

what endures
From September 2025, Lech Acharai works together with Tree of Life, an organisation that comes alongside people in poverty to help them become self-sufficient. Not taking over, but meeting them where they are. The four pillars of Tree of Life are woven into everything we do.
